Hello everyone!
 
Precinct Caucuses are around the "corner".
We have about 4 weeks left.
 
A few quick "housekeeping" items for your BPOU.
 
1.  Email everyone on your BPOU list/s to remind them when and where their precinct caucuses will be.
 
2.  Contact your County Auditor's Office and let him/her know the location of each precinct caucus site. I believe this is mandatory.
 
3.  Contact your local newspapers with your precinct caucus site / time / and date info.  Most local papers have a community bulletin board section and will do it for free.
 
4.  Write at least one letter to the editor for each of your local papers promoting the precinct caucuses.  Try to time this so that the letter goes out the week before the caucuses.
