152 Article XII. Constitutional Amendments

153 This Constitution may be amended by a 2⁄3 majority vote of the delegates present at any Sixth Congressional District Convention. 

Proposed Amendment 2

152 Article XII. Constitutional Amendments

154 provided that any Any delegate may submit a proposed amendment to amendments shall be submitted in writing to the Constitution Committee no later than 14 at least 10 days prior to the convention. 

Proposed Amendment 3

152 Article XII. Constitutional Amendments

 Only amendments submitted in writing by the deadline will be considered on the floor the day of the convention. unless the convention (by a 3/4 vote) waives this requirement for proposed amendments made during the convention.
